Deputy Manager

Be single point of contact for all EHS activities within Manufacturing Operations, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, statutory, customer, and automotive industry requirements.

The role will lead EHS programs, safety audits, ISO documentation, contractor and employee safety processes, and ESG initiatives while driving a culture of zero workplace injuries and lost-time incidents.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will identify risks, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve safety, sustainability, and employee well-being across the plant.
