Deputy General Manager-Module Quality & Design

Lead end-to-end solar PV module design, product engineering and quality management, including module architecture, BOM optimization, design validation, new product development and technology upgrades.

Drive quality assurance and control across incoming materials, manufacturing processes and finished products, ensuring compliance with applicable IEC, BIS and customer standards.

Oversee product qualification, reliability testing, failure analysis, supplier quality, engineering change management and certification.

Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaint resolution and field performance improvement, while driving defect reduction, yield improvement, cost optimization and continuous improvement in collaboration with Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement and other cross-functional teams.
