Deputy Chief Accountant
for consultancy business
Salary: AED 10,000

Audit, accounting, and financial research company seeking a Chief Accountant
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of client accounting and tax compliance (VAT)
- Analysis of client contracts to determine the appropriate tax regime and accounting policies
- Management and mentoring of junior employees (providing clear instructions and reviewing work results)
- Active communication with clients
- Problem solving and ensuring a high level of feedback.
Requirements
-
- At least 6 years of experience in accounting
-
- UAE finance/accounting experience from 2 years
- High level of responsibility (for results and errors)
- Active client management
- Multitasking and prioritization
- Proficiency in English
- Fluent in Russian
- Technical skills:
-
- Experience with IFRS and tax accounting
- Contract analysis and tax structuring
- Audit and quality control
- Proficiency in Western ERP accounting software (Zoho Books, Xero, Quick Books)
- Deep understanding of VAT and corporate tax principles
