Role overview

Design, develop, and deploy AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services for customers.

Combine hands-on engineering with architecture leadership to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions.

Contribute to the Agent Factory (FFL) delivery model for agents that transform business processes.

What you will do

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents and integrate them with enterprise systems.
  • Develop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows.
  • Lead technical design for Agent Factory delivery and scaling models.
  • Translate customer business use cases into technical solutions.
  • Implement RAG pipelines, integrations, and data orchestration.
  • Set up and optimize Azure AI environments, landing zones, and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure security, governance, and compliance; support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with AI Transformation Advisors to deliver customer impact.

Core engineering and architecture

  • Strong software engineering background, such as .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures and leading technical design decisions.

AI, data, and security experience

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agent development; experience building AI solutions using Azure AI or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Understanding of multi-agent patterns, orchestration, and automation; experience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience with RAG architectures, Azure AI Search, data pipelines, and indexing approaches.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, identity including Entra ID, and data protection; experience implementing AI governance, compliance, and data security controls.

  • Builds production-ready, secure, and scalable solutions and understands technical design and business impact.
  • Comfortable in fast-evolving AI environments; takes ownership and drives technical outcomes end to end.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse; familiarity with Copilot extensibility and plugin models.
  • Experience with DevOps or CI-CD pipelines for AI solutions; knowledge of GCC customers and the market; Arabic language skills.
