Responsibilities
- Supervise work according to set priorities and company requirements; resolve issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Carry out merchandising duties as directed and supervise replenishment.
- Manage promotional activities in line with sales and company initiatives; monitor trends and competitors to help develop marketing strategy.
- Assist with department recruitment, schedule work within the labour budget, and ensure customer needs are met.
- Coach, encourage, and motivate the team; perform related tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
What RONA is looking for
- Five years of personnel-management experience.
- Experience managing a retail business.
- Strong leadership skills; resourceful and autonomous.
- Excellent communication skills.
