Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents with a warm and professional approach.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with parents as needed.
• Handle cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling efficiently.
• Welcome patients and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register new patients and maintain complete and accurate records.
• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Process insurance approvals and follow up on pending requests.
• Manage billing, payments, and receipts when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Keep the reception area organised and presentable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist in a Pediatric Dental Clinic.
• Strong understanding of dental appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
• Experience dealing with children and communicating effectively with parents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance processes, and clinic software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
