A dental clinic is hiring an energetic receptionist to assist patients and participate in social media live sessions promoting its services and offers.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries.
- Respond to patients via WhatsApp and social media.
- Handle reception and basic administrative duties.
- Host TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook live sessions.
- Assist with social media content creation and promote clinic services, packages, and offers.
- Learn the clinic's services, packages, and promotions to explain and promote them to patients.
- Work to improve service promotion, patient engagement, and overall performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and hosting social media live sessions.
- Friendly, energetic, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Willing to learn the clinic's services, offers, and packages and make a genuine effort to promote them.
- Proactive, eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and willing to improve.
- Previous dental or medical reception experience is an advantage.
Bonus qualifications
- Experience creating social media content is a bonus qualification.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and promotions is a bonus qualification.
Pay
- The description states pay of AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
