Role overview
Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment to support safe and efficient clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on medical equipment.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment to identify technical issues and ensure devices function safely.
- Coordinate equipment calibration, servicing, and certification as required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers when necessary.
- Assist with equipment installation, setup, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare facility and equipment safety requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of medical equipment testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Good technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
- Candidates with UAE experience are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1–2 per hour.
