About Us

Luxora Polyclinic is a modern, luxury healthcare facility located in Wafi Mall, Dubai Healthcare City.

We provide high-quality Dental, Dermatology, Aesthetic, and Medical services in a professional, patient-centered environment.

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused **Receptionist** to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage appointments and coordinate the daily schedule.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Verify patient information and obtain required documents.
  • Process payments and issue invoices.
  • Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Assist with insurance documentation when required.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the clinic professionally.

Requirements

  • **Native Arabic speaker** with **excellent English communication skills** (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or front desk coordinator in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or experience with clinic management software is an advantage.
