We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointments and scheduling for dental and aesthetic treatments
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries in Arabic & English
- Explain services, promotions, and treatment plans to patients
- Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance coordination
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists for smooth daily operations
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a dental, aesthetic, or medical clinic **(preferred)**
- Excellent **communication and customer service skills**
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**
- Familiarity with clinic management software **(preferred)**
- Basic knowledge of dental or aesthetic procedures is a plus
