Overview

Prepare and cook Turkish dishes according to recipes and hotel standards.

Assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.

Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items in accordance with hygiene standards.

Support in minimizing food wastage and maintaining cost control.

Follow all health, safety, and HACCP procedures.

Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service team members.

Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
