We are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team.
At Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you bring passion, precision, and a strong desire to learn, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Supports the Chef de Partie in the smooth operation of the kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Assists in delivering an outstanding guest dining experience across all hotel food outlets.
Works as part of a kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction, responding efficiently to service needs and requests.
Takes responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
Contributes to achieving departmental goals and maintaining consistent quality standards.
Supports cost control and inventory management within the section, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Maintains strong working relationships with team members, promoting a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Ensures full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
Follows hotel policies and procedures, ensuring all operational and audit requirements are met and properly documented.
Continuously develops culinary skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs.
