Aura Group is urgently hiring a
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Pastry
for a
large‑scale pre‑opening project
in Qatar.
We are looking for
passionate and skilled pastry professionals
who are
ready to join immediately
and contribute to a high‑volume, fast‑paced opening team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily pastry operations, including desserts, bakery items, and mise en place
- Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and taste
- Follow standardized recipes, food safety, and hygiene procedures (HACCP)
- Support CDP and Sous Chef in production and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
Requirements
- Proven experience as
- DCDP – Pastry
- Strong background in
- pastry and bakery only
- Ability to work in a
- high‑pressure pre‑opening environment
- **Locally available in Qatar**
- **Able to join within 1 week to 10 days (mandatory)**
