  • Utilise fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients to create innovative, nutritious meals.
  • Maintain consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes.
  • Nutritional Focus:
  • Stay informed about current trends in wellness cuisine, including superfoods, alternative ingredients, and clean eating practices.
  • Adapt recipes to accommodate special dietary needs, such as vegan, vegan and gluten-free diets.
  • Kitchen Organisation and Hygiene:
  • Ensure your section complies with all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and sustainable kitchen environment, minimising food waste.
  • Contribute to daily cleaning schedules and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration:
