Job Title: Demand Planning & Shipping Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

· Forecasting & Analysis: Develop and maintain effective, statistically sound demand planning models.

· Data Analysis: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and data regarding consumer demand and inventory levels.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure demand forecasts are aligned with company goals and promotional plans.

· Reporting: Create and present monthly reports on forecast accuracy and demand-related issues.

· Process Improvement: Propose solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and road freight
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouses
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
• Arrange bookings, delivery schedules, and container movements

JAFZA & Customs Administration

• Manage JAFZA portal transactions (gate passes, NOCs, warehouse movements)
• Coordinate customs clearance for imports, exports, and re-exports
• Support bonded and free zone stock movements

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Coordinate stock receipts, dispatches, and internal transfers
• Ensure logistics records align with warehouse systems and ERP data

Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including:

· Commercial invoices

· Packing lists

· Bills of Lading / Air Waybills

· Certificates of Origin

· Ensure compliance with JAFZA, UAE Customs, and Free Zone regulations

· Maintain accurate and audit-ready logistics records

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum years’ experience in logistics or shipping administration
• Prior experience within JAFZA or UAE Free Zones is highly preferred
• Experience handling import, export, and re-export operations is an advantage
• English: Fluent (written and spoken).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logistics and international shipping processes
• Familiarity with JAFZA operations and UAE customs procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Excel Expertise

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
