Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and business requirements.
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and demand patterns to identify trends and forecast future requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and help prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
- Review forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methods.
- Prepare regular demand planning reports and provide insights to management.
- Support promotional and seasonal demand planning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
