  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in logistics / delivery operations.
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards preferred.
  • Class A CDL Preferred. If no CDL, must obtain in 6 months of start date.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in training and mentoring employees.
  • Proficient with MS Office and intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Experience using material handling equipment.
  • Routing experience preferred.
  • Must be able to repetitively squat, bend, twist, stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift 25-30 pounds and occasional lifting of upto160 pounds.
