Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Rider role based in the Riyadh Region. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely, accurate, and safe manner. Key responsibilities include planning and navigating efficient delivery routes, ensuring proper handling of goods during transit, and maintaining communication with the logistics team to provide updates on delivery statuses. The role also requires adherence to safety regulations and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong navigation and map-reading skills for efficient route planning
- Proficiency in operating motorcycles or delivery vehicles safely
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to interact courteously with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
- Valid driving license for motorcycles or delivery vehicles
- Commitment to following traffic and safety regulations
- Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is a plus
