Fleet and delivery rider coordinator

About This Role

Supervise and coordinate daily operations across delivery and retail platforms (Talabat, Amazon, Careem, Carrefour).

Ensure full compliance with company policies, platform guidelines, and local regulations.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support to staff.

Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and escalations efficiently.

Track KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records.

Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Coordinate with management to improve processes and productivity.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor in logistics, delivery, or retail operations.

Strong knowledge of Talabat, Amazon, Careem, and Carrefour systems/processes.

Good understanding of compliance, safety, and operational standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery operations.

Familiarity with performance tracking tools and reporting systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
