Delivery Operations Analyst

Role summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee new customer briefs submitted by GTM to Deal Desk, ensuring required information and appropriate routing for approval.
• Coordinate the transition from commercial approval to the Engineering Program Manager for delivery team assignment.
• Track pre-delivery opportunities and identify actions, blockers, and missing information; ensure clear, timely handoffs.
• Maintain customer, opportunity, commercial, and delivery data in Salesforce and Mission Control.
• Establish data-entry, documentation, and operational-hygiene standards.
• Report on Deal Desk volume, pipeline progression, approvals, assignments, and operational metrics.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and process gaps; recommend improvements.
• Maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational playbooks; help establish ownership, SLAs, and operating standards.
• Identify and deliver end-to-end automation, including implementation, testing, monitoring, and iteration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, revenue operations, sales operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience with CRM and business operations systems; strong automation skills and experience with multiple AI tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to turn ambiguous ideas into actionable, systematized work.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an asset.

Working location

• The role can be based remotely from the Greater Toronto area, Montreal, or Ottawa; there is no minimum in-office requirement.

Compensation
