Delivery Manager
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager at LotusFlare is a hybrid, high-impact role positioning elite professionals directly at the intersection of external clients and internal platform engineering teams.
This is a technical role designed specifically for dynamic execution leaders who reject the traditional "meeting scheduler" interpretation of project management.
As a Forward Deployed Delivery Manager, you operate as a technical analyst, client relationship partner, and agile architect of the delivery lifecycle.
You are completely accountable for scoping functional and technical requirements, managing strict project boundaries, protecting delivery margins (P&L), and leveraging a forward-looking toolkit embedded with Generative AI capabilities.
Your mission is to accelerate execution velocity across our software factory model, transforming client requirements into live, highly polished production platforms with unparalleled speed and software rigor.
