Own the platform that helps sales and marketing demonstrate LotusFlare technology in customer-specific contexts.
The platform also hosts new ideas and features for market testing before possible inclusion in the core product.

Discovery and roadmap
- Gather demo needs, pain points, client requirements, and event plans from sales, pre-sales, and marketing.
- Balance tailored sales-call demonstrations with reliable, low-supervision booth demonstrations.
- Assess requests against current DNO capabilities and route them as platform roadmap items, one-offs, or core product requests.
- Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; establish demo processes, user guides, and training.
Experimental features and delivery
- Establish how experiments are proposed, selected, and scoped for quick delivery; define evidence of success and decide whether to graduate, continue, or retire each experiment.
- Transfer graduating features to the core product team and clearly label unreleased features.
- Lead four engineers, run sprint ceremonies, own delivery through production release, and manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Report progress and results to leadership in non-technical language.
Technical partnership and demo quality
- Work with engineering leads and backend teams on API integrations and data flows between the platform and DNO systems.
- Define requirements for AI tools and agents that set up demo environments, generate data, and build demo experiences.
- Participate in architecture discussions, bringing product context and tradeoff considerations.
- Work with engineering to keep demo environments, data, and key journeys stable, using automated tests where useful.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of product management experience; B2B SaaS or platform experience is preferred.
- Experience owning features or products from discovery through delivery and working with sales, pre-sales, or marketing stakeholders.
- Comfort working daily with engineers, writing tickets and acceptance criteria, and working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
- Hands-on use of AI tools, ability to prototype quickly, experience running engineering sprint ceremonies, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- People leadership or mentoring experience is a plus; telecom or digital BSS, internal-user products, AI agents or MCP servers, and demo tooling are nice to have.
