Responsibilities
1) Excellent teamwork, Organization, and communication skills.
2) Should have excellent face to face customer service and engagement skills.
3)The ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions
4)Strong and positive telephone skills.
5) Should be motivated and understand how to stay calm in challenging situations.
6) Familiarity with data entry and analysis
7)Handles Credit assessments & makes appropriate determinations as per company guidelines.
8)Critical thinking skills needed to mitigate credit risk and maintain credit control systems.
9)Achieving Daily & Monthly targets
10)Improving debt collection processes, negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of financial activity.
11)Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
12)Hard-working, Confident & Self Starter.
Qualifications
1) Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Retention & hitting targets.
2) English & Arabic Language is a must.
3) Salary +Commission Based
