Role Purpose

Build, expand, and elevate a high-performing dealer network across the Middle East that delivers strong customer experience, consistent quality standards, and scalable growth.

This role is responsible for selecting the right partners, ensuring network readiness, and driving NPS and operational excellence across all markets.

• Network Expansion Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute network expansion roadmap aligned with market potential and coverage gaps
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealer partners across priority markets
  • Ensure right partner selection based on capability, investment strength, and long-term alignment
  • Lead contract discussions and onboarding of new dealers

• Dealer Network Planning & Coverage

  • Develop market-wise network strategy (cities, formats, throughput targets)
  • Ensure optimal geographic coverage and accessibility for customers
  • Monitor network performance and recommend consolidation or expansion as required

• Customer Experience (NPS) Ownership

  • Drive NPS improvement across sales and ownership journey (in coordination with internal teams)
  • Establish clear customer journey standards across all dealerships
  • Identify key pain points and lead corrective actions with dealers
  • Ensure consistent experience across markets and brands

• Dealer Standards & Quality Governance

  • Define and enforce dealership standards (facility, process, customer handling)
  • Ensure compliance with corporate identity (CI) and operational guidelines
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective action plans
  • Maintain consistency in quality of sales and delivery experience

• Dealer Capability Development

  • Ensure dealers are equipped with:
  • Trained sales teams
  • Product knowledge (EV/PHEV focus)
  • Customer handling capability
  • Work closely with training teams to build capability programs

• Dealer Performance Management (Non-Sales Metrics)

  • Monitor dealer performance across:
  • Customer experience
  • Standards compliance
  • Operational readiness
  • Identify underperforming dealers and drive improvement plans
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with:
  • Sales team (volume planning and execution readiness)
  • Commercial Operations (standards alignment, rollout discipline)
  • Marketing (retail experience and brand consistency)
  • Ensure network is ready to support product launches and campaigns

• EV/PHEV Network Readiness

  • Ensure dealerships are prepared for EV/PHEV sales:
  • Infrastructure readiness
  • Product demonstration capability
  • Customer education
  • Coordinate with partners for charging and ecosystem support where required
  • KPIs (Linked to Network Scale, NPS, and Quality)
  • Network Expansion vs Plan (new outlets / markets covered)
  • Market Coverage % (key cities / regions)

• Dealer Standards Compliance Score (%)

  • Audit Closure Rate (timely resolution of gaps)
  • Time to Operationalize New Dealers

Candidate Profile

  • 12–15+ years in automotive network development or retail operations
  • Strong experience in dealer appointment, management, and standards enforcement
  • Proven track record of expanding and managing multi-market dealer networks
  • Strong understanding of Middle East dealer landscape and partner dynamics
  • Experience in driving customer experience (NPS) improvement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability
