About This Role
Overview
- In this role, you will:
- Ensure sales transactions are structured and executed in full compliance with IFS commercial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, safeguarding both customer outcomes and company integrity.
- Own and manage the end to end deal approval lifecycle through the IFS Deal Approval Request (DAR) system, ensuring all approvals are secured prior to the release of commercial terms or customer contracts.
- Perform detailed deal validation and pricing reviews across relevant systems, confirming the accurate application of pricing, discounting, financing arrangements, payment terms, and maintenance structures.
- Partner with Sales to advise on complex and non standard deal scenarios, providing clear, pragmatic guidance that balances commercial agility with risk management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales on revenue recognition and contractual considerations, working collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Business Operations, and Market Unit/Business Unit Leaders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the interpretation and analysis of existing customer contracts, renewals, and amendments to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain alignment with Global Deal Desk policies and actively support the adoption of policy updates, process improvements, and best practices across the region.
