Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data related to inventory, shipments, and client information in company systems.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely and accurate data entry during receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Manage data related to 3PL operations, including vendor info, service agreements, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and maintain reports on KPIs such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and shipping timelines.
• Support the implementation of new systems or process improvements for better data accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure data entry complies with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.

Qualifications**

• Experience in data entry within logistics or warehouse settings; familiarity with 3PL operations.
• Proficient in data entry tools and Microsoft Excel for managing large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and fix errors quickly.
• Good organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred.
