Job Location
- This position is onsite at the Corporate Office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop operational systems, SOPs, training, and adoption metrics.
- Build dashboards, scorecards, infographics, and reports.
- Partner with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for additional insight and metrics.
- Design and deploy forecasting, classification, anomaly-detection, and optimization models.
- Develop LLM and Snowflake Cortex solutions for RAG, document analysis, and enterprise-data access.
- Establish model validation, monitoring, documentation, and responsible AI practices.
Job Requirements
- Require 2+ years designing, building, and deploying BI or analytical solutions and reports.
- Require a relevant technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Require advanced Tableau knowledge, SQL skills, and Python proficiency for data analysis and modeling.
- Require hands-on machine-learning and practical LLM or generative-AI experience.
- Snowflake Cortex or comparable in-platform AI/ML experience is preferred.
- Require excellent written and verbal communication and ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
