About The Role
To drive data-driven decision-making and business performance by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization, while ensuring effective end-to-end project management, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high data quality.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Python, or Excel.
- Identify trends and patterns to support predictive analysis and business optimization.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Track progress, risks, and issues using Jira and maintain RAID logs and documentation.
- Communicate project status, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with PMO and audit standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning development.
- Proficiency in Python, Power BI, and Excel for analysis and visualization.
- Expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business decisions.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management (scope, timelines, budget, delivery).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for tracking tasks, risks, and issues.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, project documentation, and performance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and strategy.
- Knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance standards, and audit/compliance practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities.
