- Financial The Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting is responsible for the following activities:
- Preparation of the statutory annual and quarterly financial statements for standalone and
- consolidated entities
- Liaising with external auditors during the quarterly and annual audits for the specific
- reporting requirements of the above entities.
- Support the financial reporting team on efforts related to group consolidation and financial
- reporting for over 40 cross border subsidiaries.
- Preparation of the Group Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss for monthly and quarterly
- stakeholder reporting.
- Manage UAE and KSA central bank reporting requirements and timely coordination with
- the compliance team for submission.

Qualifications
- Qualified accountant – CA / CPA or equivalent
- 5+ years’ prior relevant experience
- Holding a similar role within a Fintech, Bank / Financial services or FMCG organization
- but with regional experience
- Big 4 background is a plus
