We are looking for a Data Science Head to help lead AI safety and readiness projects for a bank in the UAE.
You will be a key player between business and technical, leading initiatives for testing AI safety, part of a multi billion dollar project over the next few years.
Experience needed
- 8-12 years industry experience
- Management - direct reports & multiple squads (project dependent)
- Evaluation frameworks for Gen AI
- Evaluation frameworks for predictive ML
- Extensive ML / MLOPs Engineering experience
- Make sure AI deployments meet the bank’s risk and compliance standards
- Experience in AI Gov, ethics and responsible principals
- Good stakeholder / business management
- Have worked with X functional & corporate finance divisions
