Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources.
• Develop regular, ad hoc, and management-level reports and reporting packages.
• Design and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, performance tools, data models, and analytical frameworks.
• Analyze business performance, operational trends, KPIs, anomalies, gaps, and opportunities.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, integrity, validation, reconciliation, and quality.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes for greater efficiency.
• Support forecasting, business planning, budgeting, performance management, data migration, system integration, and BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, and other departments.
• Monitor reporting KPIs, recommend improvements, and maintain documentation of data sources and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting functions.
• BI and visualization tool experience such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong SQL and database or structured-dataset experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance reporting, data analysis, and business metrics.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting automation experience is preferred.
• Python, R, ETL, or data integration knowledge is an advantage.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred; related data analytics, BI, or reporting certifications are advantageous.
