Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Governance & Privacy Specialist
to join a leading organization in Dubai.
1 Year (Extendable)
This role will focus on supporting and implementing data governance, data quality, and privacy frameworks while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Risk Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience supporting GDPR compliance or similar data privacy frameworks.
- 🔹 Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with privacy management platforms such as:
- OneTrust
- BigID
- Securiti AI
- 🔹 Minimum 2–3 years of experience with data governance and cataloging tools such as:
- Collibra
- Informatica
- Alation
- 🔹 Strong understanding of:
• Key Control Frameworks
- Policies, Standards, and Guidelines
- 🔹 Working knowledge of contractual and compliance requirements related to:
Preferred Qualifications
- ⭐ Certifications such as:
- CIPP
- CIPM
- CDMP
- ⭐ Knowledge of regional data privacy regulations across:
- UAE
- Saudi Arabia
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Egypt
- Lebanon
