We are looking for a Data Privacy Lawyer to support our Governance & Compliance team in managing data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support privacy compliance activities and risk management initiatives
  • Maintain privacy registers, data inventories, and processing records
  • Review and update privacy policies, notices, and legal documents
  • Assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) and Data Subject Requests (DSARs)
  • Monitor changes in privacy regulations such as GDPR and related frameworks
  • Provide legal guidance on business and technology projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
  • 2–3 years of experience in privacy law, compliance, data protection, or technology law
  • Good understanding of GDPR and similar data privacy regulations
  • Experience drafting legal and compliance-related documents
  • Knowledge of DPIAs, vendor contracts, and regulatory audits is a plus
  • Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E) are an advantage
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred
