Data Modelling Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
• end-to-end data modelling activities
• for loan and lending systems
• Perform detailed
• business analysis
• to align data structures with banking requirements
• Design and standardize
• data models, schemas, and frameworks
• for lending operations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure
• data consistency and quality
• Support the implementation of
• best practices across loan lifecycle management
• Work with a
• specialized team
• to deliver project milestones
• Contribute to workshops, discussions, and ongoing solution design

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum
• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• in data modelling within the banking sector
• Strong expertise in
• loan management and lending domains
• Experience of
• multiple implementations
• in similar areas
• Solid understanding of
• banking data standards and financial industry practices
• Experience working with
• Middle East or Saudi banks
• is highly preferred
• Knowledge of
• Islamic banking principles and financing models
• is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a
• fast-paced, delivery-driven environment

Language Requirement (MANDATORY)

• **Fluency in Arabic is essential**
• **Non-Arabic speakers will not be considered for this role**
