Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Steward, or Delivery‐focused role, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in business requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery.
  • Proven experience using advanced SQL and Excel to analyze data and support business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of how data supports business processes, reporting, and operational use cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to non‐technical audiences. With good analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience working with enterprise data environments, data governance concepts, or metadata platforms (e.g., Collibra).
  • Familiarity with data quality concepts and issue root‐cause analysis.
  • Experience using data quality tools such as Ataccama, Informatica DQ is a plus
  • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau is a plus
