Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data received from customers or internal teams into the system in a timely manner
- Review and verify information against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Update and maintain existing records to keep information current
- Retrieve customer or account information upon request
- Check source documents for completeness and resolve any discrepancies before data entry
- Input data efficiently using keyboards, scanners, or other data entry tools
- Follow internal processes and contribute suggestions for workflow improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Qualifications
- With or withoput experience under Tadbeer
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Fast and efficient typing skills; familiarity with data entry systems/software is a plus
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential data responsibly
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is an advantage
