Job Purpose
Support the Planning team on site by updating schedules, collecting progress data, and maintaining accurate planning records in Primavera P6.
Key Accountability Areas
1. **Schedule Updating**
1.
Update project schedules in Primavera P6 based on approved site progress data.
2.
Input activity percentages, actual dates, and progress information as instructed by the PMO team.
3.
Ensure schedule data reflects actual site conditions.
1. **Data Collection & Follow-Up**
1.
Collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams.
2.
Follow up with construction teams on updated activity sheets and progress inputs.
3.
Maintain updated records for all site activities.
1. **Planning Support & Reporting**
1.
Support the planning team in preparing look-ahead schedules, progress summaries, and basic planning reports.
2.
Export schedules, tables, and charts for management and reporting purposes.
1. **Data Entry & System Discipline**
1.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Primavera P6.
2.
Maintain organized planning files and backups in shared folders.
HR Proficiency
- Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
- Ensure effective communication with peers and managers and show openness to directions and feedback.
Delivery
- Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

- Solve any related issues that arise and escalate any complex operational problems.

- Follow quality requirements and specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process & Compliance
- Execute and comply with related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructions.
