Full Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized **Data Entry Operator / Store In-Charge** to join our FMCG and food distribution operations in Abu Dhabi.

The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, stock movements, order entries, documentation, and coordination between store, cutting, packing, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update stock, inventory, and order data in Excel and ERP systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
  • Issue products and materials as per operational requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Prepare daily stock reports and inventory updates
  • Coordinate with store, cutting, packing, and delivery teams
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery notes, and stock documents
  • Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of store areas
  • Follow company procedures and food safety requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Data Entry, Storekeeping, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry operations
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems
  • Ability to maintain accurate stock and inventory records
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic English communication required

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG, food distribution, warehouse, meat processing, seafood processing, or cold storage operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
