Overview
- Enter and maintain project, production, material, and inventory data in ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and update production tracking reports, material logs, and job status records.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain records of work orders, cutting lists, material requisitions, and delivery documentation.
- Support the production, procurement, and planning teams with timely data updates.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical documents related to joinery projects.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Monitor data quality and ensure all records are up to date.
- Coordinate with workshop, stores, and project teams to obtain and update information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and project information.
