This role is ideal for a professional who can accurately manage data, maintain organized records, and support smooth administrative and logistics operations in a fast-paced freight environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases accurately.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and update required information.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks.
