We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team onsite, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and data integrity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Input, update, and verify data accurately within our databases and internal systems.
- Manage large volumes of data with high precision and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet organizational deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with data entry software or CRM systems
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
- Preferred
- Previous experience in import/export or logistics industry
- Knowledge of Arabic language
