Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible of scanning all warehouses accounting documents (invoices details, miscellaneous transactions return receipt ext.) on the shared files.
Sort, organize, warehouse paperwork and fingerprint data sheet after entering data.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and reporting variances to warehouse coordinator and supervisors.
Deliver the warehouses accounting documents to finance department, sorting and archiving the warehouse documentations.
Create REQ. (internal requests) on oracle, against notification email from nursing stores, for auto-replenishment plan.
Entering the received items quantity on oracle system data base, after completion all required documentations and standards under supervise double checking of the warehouse supervisor
Print the barcode stickers for the received items.
Follow-up the approved document circle which organizes the work in the warehouse.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
Preparing and reporting warehouse KPIs
Following the documents circle which approved from the warehouse management and organize the work in the warehouse.
Performs other Applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills activities.
Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for patients and families
Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
Professional Experience
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
- Experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases
Specialized Skills
- Skills computer literate.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail
Competence
- Strong organizational, quick typing skills
- Oracle experience is a plus
