Education and Experience:

  • · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics or Data Science
  • · 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
  • · Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python) and great numerical and analytical skills
  • · Hands-on experience with SQL database design, Snowflake data warehouse or similar
  • · Business analytics experience using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Cognos
  • · Good understanding of key metrics used in Finance, Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
  • · Conceptual understanding and technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • · Knowledge of data science tools such as AI/ML, Python and Microsoft Azure Services.
  • · Data engineering certification (e.g Snowflake Data Engineer) is a plus
  • · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • · Proven ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
  • · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and process-driven environment.
  • · Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Consistently exhibits a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including partial or full overlap with US Eastern Time Zone working hours, on a regular basis
