Education and Experience:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • · 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in analytics support, business intelligence, IT support, or a similar role.
  • · Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • · Exposure to ETL concepts, data modeling, relational databases, and SQL is preferred.
  • · Experience supporting global stakeholders or working in an offshore delivery environment is highly desirable.
  • · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • · Proven ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
  • · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and process-driven environment.
  • · Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including partial or full overlap with US Eastern Time Zone working hours, on a regular basis
