Support a field data collection project in the UAE as a reliable, detail-oriented driver.
Operate a vehicle along client-provided predefined routes using a designated navigation application.
Work independently, follow detailed instructions, and use digital navigation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive assigned vehicles on predefined routes using the client's navigation application.
- Follow route instructions and local road safety regulations.
- Support field data collection according to project guidelines.
- Perform basic pre-trip vehicle checks and report operational concerns.
- Monitor route completion and communicate delays, road closures, or navigation issues.
- Follow project equipment handling procedures where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of completed routes and daily activities.
- Communicate operational challenges to the project supervisor.
- Comply with company safety policies and client requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
- Valid UAE driving licence and previous professional driving experience in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE roads and GPS navigation applications.
- Ability to use smartphones and basic digital reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, good time management, and reliability.
- Previous field survey, mapping, logistics, or data collection experience is advantageous.
