Essential Job Functions

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which could include nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stops to board the bus

Education Required

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of the Metropolitan Phoenix area
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic math skills

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must submit to drug testing and background check

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible work schedules as needed
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time on a consistent basis under extreme weather conditions
• Approximately 80% of work is accomplished by riding in-service bus routes with the other 20% in office to complete reporting requirements.
