Role Description

• We are looking for a hands-on Data Center Solutions Architect who can connect physical data center operations with advanced digital infrastructure management, observability, and cloud-native platforms.
• This role is ideal for an infrastructure professional who understands how complex environments perform in the real world: racks, power, cooling, structured cabling, monitoring, capacity, applications, and Kubernetes workloads.
• As a Data Center Solutions Architect, you will
• Lead the design and optimization of integrated data center environments, with a strong focus on DCIM, APM, Kubernetes, observability, automation, and capacity planning.
• Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, SRE, platform engineering, and operations teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across critical enterprise systems.
• Own and enhance the organization’s Data Center Infrastructure Management strategy, including deployment, reporting, operational governance, utilization analysis, asset lifecycle visibility, and power and cooling optimization.
• Design meaningful dashboards that translate complex infrastructure and application telemetry into executive-ready and operations-ready insights.
• Build and maintain infrastructure pipelines that interface with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems to monitor power, cooling, and hardware health at the rack level.
• Implement deep Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to track GPU utilization, memory bandwidth, and AI workload latency in real-time.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mid-to-large-scale data center environments, including infrastructure operations, governance, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Deep hands-on experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms such as Schneider Electric EcoStruxure IT, Nlyte, Sunbird, Vertiv Trellis, or Device42.
• Strong experience with APM and observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Practical expertise in Kubernetes administration, containerized workload monitoring, networking, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to design clear and actionable operational dashboards that translate complex telemetry into business and technical insights.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, utilization analysis, power and cooling optimization, and infrastructure performance reporting.
• Experience developing or improving automation frameworks, monitoring standards, operational runbooks, and repeatable infrastructure workflows.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Infrastructure, Cloud, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Operations teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in hyperscale, high-density, or enterprise data center environments.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, ITIL, cloud certifications, or data center operations certifications.
• Strong interest in modern platform engineering, hybrid-cloud operations, and intelligent infrastructure management.
