Data Center Operations Engineer

Design and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Monitor operational performance, quality metrics, and service results to ensure targets are consistently achieved.

Work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and business partners to support smooth and reliable operations.

Contribute to the development of policies related to data center operations, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology solutions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing issues proactively and improving service quality.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows and overall efficiency.

Assist in evaluating system performance and recommend enhancements for infrastructure and operational reliability.

Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices within the data center environment.

Prepare operational reports and provide updates on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience working with data center environments or infrastructure systems such as servers, networks, cooling, and power systems.

Good understanding of quality management systems, process optimization, and project management practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments.

Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
