Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather and document stakeholder reporting requirements and connect stakeholders with developers.
• Create and maintain specifications for new and existing reports.
• Test reports against agreed requirements and specifications; support deployment and Luminos release testing.
• Support report production and scheduling, including validation and quality checks.
• Help maintain the report inventory and contribute to reporting-focused projects.
• Protect data integrity and ensure information is accessible only to authorised users.

Candidate requirements

• Organise workload, plan tasks, and meet deadlines; work with colleagues in the UK and overseas.
• Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be confident working with data and multiple systems and understand data security and controlled delivery.
• Use Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, and read and understand SQL.
• Business Analyst experience and insurance industry experience or knowledge would be helpful.
