Data Architect – 15 Years (Onsite), UAE
- Lead enterprise-wide data architecture strategy aligned with business, regulatory, and analytics objectives.
- Design and govern scalable logical, physical, and conceptual data models across domains (Customer, Finance, Risk, etc.).
- Define target-state architectures for data platforms including lakehouse, DWH, streaming, and real‑time analytics.
- Establish data standards, integration patterns, and best practices for data quality, metadata, and lineage.
- Drive data governance, master data management (MDM), and reference data initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, AI, and engineering teams to enable data-driven use cases.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, banking regulations).
- Guide technology selection and architecture for tools such as ETL/ELT, data catalogs, and analytics platforms.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers; review designs and provide architectural oversight.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating business strategy into robust data architectures.
